Project Implementation "Tools"

Understanding your "tools" as an implementation project manager is essential for making the most of any effective toolkit! This introductory course will review the components necessary for a successful implementation project. We'll cover the key sites, accounts, and platforms, providing general details on their importance and context for why all these moving parts are necessary for an EthosCE implementation project. Each section will address what each tool is, why we use it, when it's necessary, and how to utilize it effectively.

Target Audience

Implementation Project Managers who work at Cadmium on the EthosCE product. Or, anyone who is interested in knowing more about the tools necessary for an effective EthosCE implementation!

Learning Objectives

By the end of this course you should be able to: 

  • Understand the "what, when, why and how" behind all described project implementation tools
  • Explain the purpose of each tool and how it supports implementation. 
  • Recognize key phases of a project implementation and the role of each tool within those phases. 
  • Be able to differentiate the difference between CISD tickets and client project tickets.
